Gracefully exit form when Neo4j is not running. #18

The application should somehow let the user know when Neo4J is not running. This will require an additional try / catch since we use Neo4J Error to detect 3 vs 4.

In addition, the application should do something graceful when a user selects and organization and there are no available items.
