ERROR: Couldn't create '/mnt/usb/System Volume Information/fruitbox.db'

I've mounted a usb drive. I have confirmed that I can create directories on it from terminal (using sudo). The music path is correct in fruitbox.ini but I am getting the following error.

Its fixed that ERROR by running with root privileges but now I get

ERROR: Couldn't reserve audio samples
