When building a cordova app on a windows machine, I get this error:

Failed to restore plugin "twitter-connect-plugin" from config.xml. You might need to try adding it again. Error: Failed to fetch plugin git+https://github.com/chroa/twitter-connect-plugin.git via registry.
Probably this is either a connection problem, or plugin spec is incorrect.
Check your connection and plugin name/version/URL.

Do you know how can I solve it?
