Missing analysis code from "Running trained CNN models"

Hi there,

I am currently using this project as a baseline to complete my honours in information engineering. I found this updated repo, but noticed that under 'Running trained CNN models" the scripts for analysing the results is missing.

Is it possible to use the code in this repo to preprocess the images and then continue from there with the original repo?
