I'm not surprised the larger spacy model made no difference. Most of the labels depend on POS tags, and all the models (sm/md/lg) are about 98% accurate.

As to how to improve, it really depends on what kind of label you're interested in. Some are harder than others to improve, but I already tried to make them as accurate as possible!
