How about adding support to checkout paying with Bitcoin?

This would be a great feature here on this project which many people around the world could benefit from, individuals in countries where they cannot have payment gateways like Paypal, could have a simple working ecommerce shop with the basics this project already provides.

I'd lobby to add support for ETH over BTC. Both and others would be nice, but think either ETH or even something like DAI or TUSD to reflect actual USD values would probably be more stable.

@chrisdiana I saw you posted that updates are coming. Thoughts on elaborating. Probably is not in relation to this, but I might be interested in contributing if that is of interest and if there is more activity around this project.
