Required OMOP tables

Could you please list the OMOP tables which are required for the submission. I have heard in the meeting some of the standardized tables are not required.

I wanted to add as a follow up question - do we need to export and include the visit_detail table as well? It's marked as optional in the OMOP CDM and we don't currently populate it at NCH.

I am not sure I should ever say that fields do not need to be populated. Let us know what is particularly challenging and we can evaluate.

@cjh-2021 I am assuming we have to give all column as is in CDM but if there is columns like source values that you wouldn't want to share, then leave them NULL or empty.

I'd like to ask on this thread if we have considered including these two OMOP tables exports, as well for data provenance for the CSV files.

• source_to_cdm

As of Dec 2023 folks in Bridge2AI Standards Office Hours are looking to review the Delphi list of concept codes. In the meantime we'll have a centralized database with each sites version of CDM and it's Athena concept codes that are in play at that time of their extraction.

Since we'd like to come up with a standard list. I think it also makes sense to combine each sites source_to_concept_map data (if sites have one) so we can see what are sites mainly used concept codes and compare them to the spreadsheet that is meant to come up with a source of common codes across all sites.

Putting this question out there to get folks perspectives and opinions.
