This is an umbrella issue to track progress of integration of the I3C Core with the Caliptra SubSystem.

I3C Integration is developed on branch dev-antmicro

I3C Core is instantiated in the MCU top level
Smoke test performs a few arbitrary reads/writes to the CSRs of the I3C Core over AHB
- VeeR EL2 Core uses the configuration file
