Hi, thank you for sharing the details and replying to my inquiry in the PAIP 2020 repository. As you’re doing exiting job, I would like to implement your this repository on the PAIP 2019 datasets. I have the data already downloaded, but I need to know the exact order of these files to implement this work, which folder we start with and which script too( from A to Z), once this applied successfully your work definitely will be cited. Hello, thanks for your interest in my project. I used the same segmentation method for PAIP2020 and PAIP2019. So, you can see it at https://github.com/QuIIL/PAIP2019?organization=QuIIL&organization=QuIIL. But, the code for MSI-H classification has not been organized yet.
