Adding new players in the wrong order does not work. #128

Adding new player names and then clicking the last one first puts the last player in the first slot. Once this bug occurs adding new players stops responding correctly. This is on OSX 10.12.3 and chrome 58.0.3029.110 64bit.

Looks like it's is inserting new users into the "next available" spot in the table instead of in their selected row.
