Adding Tags Filtering In The Plugin Search Page

Right now there isn't an option to filter by tag used to classify plugins.

It would increase greatly the UX of the plugin search page the option for more filtering based on the tags used in each plugin.

The tags are custom and decided by the plugin author, there are no presets, how would you do it?

Would it be possible to add some semantic categorisation of the user defined tags - after the plugin is published?
