Defining The Origin Of Character #5
Comments
I did it on my own fork of this script. it is really useful when you have to do the different style or different assets in different session of exporting. |
Thanks for this! Maybe make it a PR? |
what do you mean by PR? |
Hey, sorry! I mean make a Pull Request so that your change could be
incorporated into the main repository. This assumes the owner is
maintaining it - not sure if that is the case.

Hi, author here. Sadly i have very little time to maintain this repo and there are forks that already include features not present here. But feel free to open a PR. |
As long as I could understand, there is no way to define coordinate origin in Krita. The default position is in the upper left corner of the canvas.
Because of that all the characters exported from Krita, is appear lower right of the Spine origin.
.
If we had a Layer with [Origin] tag in the name, it could be a dot or a small circle in it in custom position on canvas, then Addon could calculate the center of origin layer and apply the transformation to all exported Layer in order to get fixed position each time in Spine.
