I really like the internal TUI pager ... if I say glow code/dir/name then I can pick from the various .md files and use the very excellent internal pager; but i dislike choosing files from menus, so I'd be more inclined to do glow code/dir/name/README.md and then it fires up the external pager instead.

Is there some way to convinced glow to load a specific file in the internal TUI pager?

bonus points if I can back out of reading that specific file and go to the TUI file browser too.
