Some phase 3 jensen tomograms have smaller nz value than the mrc file actually contains. #114

This will require a vaiidation by checking the file size according to the data mode and then modify the header nz to make it correct.

Some examples I found are

Both in dataset 10397 and should be (121,3710,3838)
s3://cryoetportal-rawdatasets-dev/GJensen_full/aba2013-08-30-22/rawdata/A413tCoover0022.mrc shape zyx: (61,3710,3838)
s3://cryoetportal-rawdatasets-dev/GJensen_full/aba2013-09-11-7/rawdata/A413Tatlas2fourtydegreemin0015.mrc shape zyx: (21,3710,3838)

anchi2c assigned anchi2c, manasaV3 and matwater-czi and unassigned anchi2c and matwater-czi
