records: enrich JADE computing notes author information

Currently, the JADE computing notes contain author information including only family names:

    "authors": [
      {
        "name": "Eckerlin"
      },
      {
        "name": "Zimmer"
      }
    ],

We usually store author names in the format "Familyname, Firstname".

The JADE computing notes oftentimes contain author initials, so we could at least do:

    "authors": [
      {
        "name": "Eckerlin, G"
      },
      {
        "name": "Zimmer, M"
      }
    ],

It would be good to complete author information for all computing notes in this sense.
