Help upgrading to 2.x

Hi there,
I'm curious if you'd like help upgrading these to 2.x? If so, how would you like me to proceed. I can work through them one at a time submit pull requests for individual templates, or I can create a 2.x branch and just keep pushing to that, or maybe you want to keep the 1.x versions?

I think it is better to create a 2.x branch and keep pushing the new version.
