RAMClustR has collected quite some dependencies and maybe some of them are by now outdated or no longer needed - I think it would make sense to go through the list of imported packages and see whether they are actually still required by the project @cbroeckl ?

@hechth - i think the best path forward would be to start trying to move post-clustering functions from RAMClustR into a new RAMClustR.annotation package. This will move a fair number of dependencies out, certainly, and make it easier for you and your colleagues to maintain. i will work on that over the next week.
