I would appreciate some ideas about the best practice to (re)import sorting results from phy into NWB.
Here's a little bit of context about our pipeline:
Our original data is formatted as NWB and includes electrophysiological traces (raw voltage, no filtered) from up to 4 Plexon probes and behavioral events (trial events, eye-tracking, and other analog inputs).
We used "SpikeInterface" to preprocess and sort the raw data. The sorting results are exported for curation in "Phy".
Now, after curating using Phy, we want to bring the results back into NWB. We are thinking of two options. 1) Trying to combine the Phy results with the original NWB. 2) Create a new NWB file with only the sorting results and the waveforms, but no longer the raw traces.
I hope this short explanation makes sense.
I'm new to NeuroConv tools, I would appreciate it if you could point me to a tutorial, or specific functions to start working on importing from phy.

Hello everyone,
I would appreciate some ideas about the best practice to (re)import sorting results from phy into NWB.

Thanks in advance for your help.
