Hello there:

I am attempting to test this plugin on a Moodl 4.5 platform but get the following fatal error when attempting to add an observation to a course (rendering 'Add and activity or resource' modal window.)

'Exception - Too few arguments to function core_course\local\entity\content_item::__construct(), 8 passed in [dirroot]/mod/observation/lib.php on line 36 and at least 9 expected'

You might be using the "main" branch for Moodle 4.5. Please try "MOODLE_400_STABLE" branch for your site and that should resolve that error.
