Request - Ability for Students to Add Availability / Time Slots #119

As far as I understand it, the Observation Mod allows Teacher to add Time Slots for Students to pickup.

Would it be possible to invert this capability as an option?

Students able to add their availability / time slots and then Teachers picking them up and logging an Observation.
