I have set this up on Moodle 4.0.3 (Ubuntu 20.04, Apache2, PHP 7.4).
Stack deploys fine and I am able to run the CLI version of the plugin, but it does not work via the Moodle UI.
There are two "errors". One shows, "Could establish connection to the external object storage." This appears in green above the settings (admin/settings.php?section=fileconverterlibrelambda). And this "Couldn't find AWS credentials. It's unsafe to enable this setting. Follow up AWS documentation." appears directly above my entered credentials (the ones set while doing deploy --set-config).
Curious if this is something that is currently working with 4.0 and if it's just an error on my part. Or if 4.0 still is not supported.
Thanks for any info! Happy to troubleshoot with our test instance if it's helpful to you.

I have tested it in 4.1 and its working fine. I have also seen that but its for different purpose. You only have to check the credentials if set properly in below fields. Then enable the librelambda and make sure its priority is on top if you have multiple file converters. Upload any assignment and check in grading for conversion.
