Flutter 3.16 brings the scaffolding for multiplatform Windows support.
Soon Windows ARM64 will be supported. This is the Easter egg: the output dir used to be build\windows\runner\<DEBUG|RELEASE>\ now it has the subdir, i.e. build\windows\<x64|ARM64>\runner\<DEBUG|RELEASE>\
