Problem description

Github actions for linting are not yet added to the repository.

Expected action

Add linting rules integration with CAMARA API subproject repositories using GitHub Actions as described within https://github.com/camaraproject/Commonalities/blob/main/documentation/API-linting-Implementation-Guideline.md
