Scope for Spring25 release (in preparation)

Problem description
This issue should describe the scope for the next versions of the APIs within the Number Verification, targeting the Spring25 meta-release.

Expected action
In order to prepare Release Spring 25 Release, I've identified following topics:

[ ] - Change error structure as defined camaraproject/Commonalities#316
[ ] - add 429 & 422 errors in the yaml as defined in camaraproject/Commonalities#329
[ ] - Remove 500, 503 & 504 errors from the yaml as stated here: camaraproject/Commonalities#321 (comment) - this topic is still open [here]camaraproject/Commonalities#355) and I suggest to wait discussion outcome before to proceed.
