Consent api spec

It's not clear if a consent spec will be authored and released. For example similar to other Camara repos.

For example simplifying ISV collecting consent with operators collecting consent.

Also having a default consent channel that is facilitated by the operator like consent over sms. Something that would be consistent across operators knowing that Camara is privacy and developer focused and consent is practically involved in all the flows.

We can discuss in the upcoming ICM meeting how we could address this best in the WG.

Any updates on the consent specs? It would be great have all interested aligned on the best implementation.
Any other references besides the example on #49 ?
