Adding network info

PR #40 includes a path for network-info to query network type (cellular/Wi-Fi), network identity for cellular only (MNC MCC), and bearer (4G/5G etc).

This overlaps with Device Status, and the new proposed Device Quality Indicator API . On the API Backlog call 11th April , it was confirmed that the intention is for Device Quality Identifier to 'sit on top' of Device Status, Connectivity Insights, and a new API, to fulfil the intents.

Hence we should consider if/how to expose additional metadata beyond network quality for a given device via connectivity insights, because IMO it is the appropriate API from which to expose basic network information as well.
