Linting results for 0.3.0-wip

As we are currently recommended NOT to run the Megalinter as a Github action until it is more stable, I ran the YAML for PR #22 against a ,local Spectral implementation with the OAS and CAMARA rulesets.

All are related to either the imported Cloud Events operations, or the recommendation for the scopes to be declared in the (currently empty) openID scopes.  These will be solved as we agree the consent model for ConnectivityInsights.

For oas3-operation-security-defined warnings it looks that the rule is not designed to fully support OpenIdConnect flows, the rule is now disabled in the proposed linting ruleset.
