Program crash if it is closed and launched again without disconnect/reconnecting USB cable (error: device "Device_Name" not found)

After connecting device via USB connection and launching program, when it is closed and launched again it fails to launch. the splash screen shows: "Attempting to launch ADB as Root" (my phone is rooted)
And the error dialog shows "device "Device_Name" not found".

Trying to use adb kill-server fixed the issue, but this problem should be addressed in the program, maybe there should be Disconnect button or the program should ask whether to kill adb server when is is closed.
