I read the release notes stating the issue with the service not starting, and I understand that. I got the error when it was trying to start, and ignored it for now.
However, my issue is when I'm trying to start droid explorer. It crashes giving the information contained in the screenshot.
I looked for the referenced key in the info, HKLM/SOFTWARE/WOW6432NODE/DroidExplorer

If the windows 64bit download is not working or is even not working for some, there should be a bold text statement issued that it is not working, instead of people spending hours trying to get it to load and wasting their time or disable/remove the link
for the download until it is fixed. I noticed there is a statement on there now that states something to this effect, but still the link should be taken down if it does not work.

This is already a known issue with Vista 64 bit and XP 64 bit. See
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2933602/why-does-x86-wix-installer-on-vista-x64-not-write-keys-to-wow6432node-in-the-regi for technical description of the issue. It is still unresolved but I am actively working on a solution.
