I will probably have to move geojson as a submodule of topojson at some point, if that's ok with you guys, @scw @calvinmetcalf

Also, will add travis / circle-ci integration

right now it is installable via pip install git+https://github.com/calvinmetcalf/topojson.py@wheel#wheel=topojson

I don't know about name conflicts in PyPI but there is https://pypi.org/project/topojson/ already for https://github.com/mattijn/topojson
