"Add another" button is missing, comparing to original style #8

I have noticed, that in original style I can see "Add another" button presented.

When I am using your styling application, it is absent.

Check that please. On the screenshots you can see django tutorial examples, so that thing is quite basic and should be fixed.

Styling is updated, screenshots are fixed. Could someone please check that?
