Organization Overview

Mee Panyar supports rural communities in the operation and maintenance of decentralized solar mini-grids that provide reliable, sustainable energy. This work aims to not only help rural electricians transition from diesel to solar (reducing carbon emissions by 60% and electricity prices by 50%), but to ensure long-term maintenance and proper operation of these new systems through the provision of education and support to rural electricians.

App Overview

This section will give a brief overview of the app's purpose as well as list resources that will provide more context on different features of the app from a non-technical perspective.

This PWA was developed by Blueprint for Mee Panyar to aid Mee Panyar electricians (called Users in the app) in doing their monthly tasks. This is the frontend repository. There is a corresponding node server that acts as a backend backend; its repo can be found here.
