buttplug-tampermonkey-ui does not remove disconnected devices from window.buttplug_devices

If a device is turned off or taken out-of-range, the listener for deviceremoved does work, but that event only removes the device from the list of devices in the UI - It does not remove the device from window.buttplug_devices that actually unchecking the checkbox does.
