작업내용

현재 배포시 이미지를 삭제해주지 않고 있어 배포때마다 이미지가 쌓이고 있다.
배포시마다 이전 이미지를 삭제해주도록한다.
docker compose 파일을 작성하여 blue green 배포를 추가한다.
