support for tipa.sty

\textipa{PaN.ba.taP}

Produces xhtml as:
\tipaencodingPaN.ba.taP]

Please provide any suggestion?

Thank you for the request.

At the moment latexml does not include dedicated support for tipa.sty, so what you are seeing is likely expected behavior. We would need a new tipa.sty.ltxml binding file developed or contributed to the project.
