Related Problem

The synthesis algorithm doesn't produce a complete mask with cells connected via global and detail routes.

Preferred Solution

Create a router that starts from the cell placement solution and routes between cells. Use constraint graphs to ensure the routing solution is fully DRC/LVS clean.
