There will always be a threat on Windows, I'm concerned about this because the prompt always appears after users download binary distributions. Can you explain the reason? Thank you!

open C:\Users\****\AppData\Local\Temp\go-build1365194097\b001\exe\a.out.exe: Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software.
