As a developer I would like
To be able to change the width and height of the border
So that I can use more of the visible screen area for pixel data

NB:

  1. The border height is determined by conditions in the function cvideo_dma_handler, and is limited to 192 pixels.
  2. The border width is determined by the table hsync.
