Steps to Reproduce

  1. Visit expired.badssl.com
  2. Visit a non-existent URL such as dsafdsafd.brave.com

Actual result:

The page fails to load

Expected result:

Error page interstitial should be shown

Verified on iPhone 12 running iOS 17.3.1 using version 1.62.2 (24.3.11.17)
