ATM we have hardcoded list of trusted extensions like IPFS Companion.
Since PL team is going to implement a bunch of experimental proof-of-concept extensions we need a mechanic that allows
providing additional permissions without publishing new browser release.
We can deliver such list via server config.

The IPFS local node and scheme has been deprecated
