Incorrect hostnamed added to /etc/hosts #15

Hello,

a minor issue I identified in one of my role

[Mon Sep 12 18:09:03.527851 2016] [unique_id:alert] [pid 17346] (EAI 2)Name or service not known: AH01564: unable to find IPv4 address of "default
-ubuntu-1604-1472173265"

$ cat /etc/hosts
[...]
#***** Setup by Kitchen-LxdCli driver *****#
127.0.1.1       default-ubuntu-1604

I suppose it's only a forgotten place from the change of container name :)

FYI I should get to fixing and merging this weekend. Possibly earlier, but no promises ;)
