Feature Request

Some packages define a conflict with certain PHP extensions. For instance. Laminas Service Manager cannot run if ext-psr is loaded: laminas/laminas-servicemanager#124

Applications containing a conflict like this will still run (and then crash) in an environment with the conflicting extension enabled. The Box requirement checker should catch this first.
