This software is proving to be an absolute nightmare for me to get set up.

Error: mapping to rRNA failed

Other people have encountered this issue, and though those threads are now closed I see no fix posted for them.

What is the problem with this rRNA mapping? I have tried creating symlinks to point directly to the indexes and nothing works.
