Disconnected from Server

Hi,

I was able to use Kitematic to install the CRISPRanalyzer, and changed local host to 8000 in my local Mac machine. However, every time when I hit the upload button, it immediately says disconnect from the server. Please help!

Hi,

I am having the same issue.

I can select the sgRNA Library File, and the read count files (I am using the demo downloadable sample files - PBS/TRAIL replicate 1/2 and pilot screen.fasta. As soon as I click the "Upload and Check Files" button, it immediately says "Disconnected from the server."

I see the following entry in the log that may be helpful:

CRISPRAnalyzeR2-shiny-20210312-220144-41431.log
