[FEAT] 마이그레이션

[iloveonsen]

Background

• 기존 다른 repo에서 개발하던 프로젝트 코드를 팀 repo 로 마이그레이션 합니다.

To do

• generation_app
• persona_app
• retrospective_app
• 이외에 필요한 파일들 (.env.template, docker-compose.yml 등)

Expected behavior

• 어느 서버에서든지 배포할수 있게됩니다.
• 아직 frontend client 쪽에서 generation_app 으로 요청을 바로 보낼경우 CORS error 가 나타나는 부분이 해결되지 않았습니다. 우선적인 해결이 필요합니다.
