Description

recording에 WebRTC 도입

Details

현재 VideoCapture로 녹화.
로컬 외 서버에서 실행 시 카메라 안켜지는 문제.
WebRTC를 사용해 Linux에서 웹캠 킬 수 있도록 수정.
