Would be a game option to enable to disable reneging
Allow user to play any card at any time
Implement chances that opposing computer play calls user play for reneging
Computer plays play by rules most of the time. Can call each other out?
Build system for a user to be able to call a computer for reneging
Implement scoring system/deal rotation for successful renege call
