Specification

• Users and builders MUST have a public and documented RPC endpoint to interact with the rollup
• Users and builders MUST have a public and documented RPC endpoint to interact with the Ethereum L1 testnet
• Users MUST be able to send tokens between the L1 and L2. We can use https://superbridge.app/ to achieve this. Integration guide: https://conduit-xyz.notion.site/Bridge-UI-34f7189d4a7f462caba444343029418d
• Users and builders MUST be able to get testnet tokens via a faucet (link to a Sepolia testnet faucet for testnet ETH and provide a faucet for any ERC20 token we need) - see also https://github.com/bob-collective/bob-ui-poc/issues/15
