edit quiz page not showing well

I found that the following page is not showing well:

on normal theme, the "Question Bank Content" should be shown on the left hand side, which is more user friendly.

I have just downloaded some quiz data from moodle.net so I can test this soon.

because of the proposed changes to the UX in the quiz layout I'm going to mark this as "won't fix" for now, but I'm not going to close the bug. Think of it as "triaged".

Danny, none of those changes are happening until 2.8. In the meantime this formatting issue makes that page horrible to use. It really needs to be fixed.

Yes!...Quiz is a very commonly used activities...if this page suck, it is really bad to use this theme...

There are other bugs that need to get fixed before I get to enhancements
but I will look into this as one of the first enhancements to do.

Would one of the reporters please look at the page in theme_bootstrap and
let me know if it looks ok there or not? They will let me know if I need to
fix it in elegance our create a pull request there.

This particular page has had something wrong with it in every theme I've ever seen by Julian (Rocket, Essential). I don't know what it is about that page...

In any case, it looks just fine in theme_bootstrap.

I'm working on comparing it between theme "clean" and theme "bootstrap". There may be some issues that need to be reported to the parent "bootstrap"
