Projects overview calculations

@HarshP4585 I have added how to calculate values in the projects section via an API endpoint. You need to add another /endpoint for overview that will get those calculations from the backend. Each calculation should be immediately reflected and be synced if someone changes a value in a subcontroller or an assessment.

@samuel-coutinho there are a few fixes in the UI - please check them as necessary.
